Can I Book without a credit card?
A credit card is required to secure your appointment and will be securely stored. Charges to your card will only occur in the event of an untilmely cancellation. *See cancelation policies
Forms of payment
All major Credit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash are accepted. No personal checks please.
Mask policy
At this time I am comfortable if you choose or do not choose to wear a mask. If you'd like me to wear a mask during your service, simply wear yours to the door and I will wear mine. If you are feeling feverish or have any symptoms of cold, flu, or covid. Please rescedule.
Cancelation Policy
A 24 hour notice of cancelation is required. You will be charged 50% of the service booked if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in adavance.
Parking
Underground parking is located in the alley, behind the building between Wesley Ave and Harvard Ave. You will be given a code before your appointment that will need to be entered to gain access. There is also ample street parking, but be aware of the time lmits. Most of it is one hour parking.
Return Policy
I love my products and will be recommending retail products during your appointment. I am confident that you will love them too. However, I understand if they do not work out for you at home and will always accept a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
